Honey used before a workout increases the physical stamina & energy level of the human body since honey is easily absorbed in the blood. Honey used after a work out removes tiredness and fatigue almost instantly. Honey is primarily fructose and glucose so it is quickly absorbed by the digestive system. (Do like the Ancient Greek athletes who took honey for stamina before competing and as a reviver after competition.)

Very sweet but it does the trick and tastes good with the mint. I put spring water, creamed honey and whole mint leaves in the blender and blended it until the honey was all mixed in and the leaves were almost indistinguishable. I would make this again maybe with a tad less honey to get some energy!
