Very sweet but it does the trick and tastes good with the mint. I put spring water, creamed honey and whole mint leaves in the blender and blended it until the honey was all mixed in and the leaves were almost indistinguishable. I would make this again maybe with a tad less honey to get some energy!

Update: Sick and tired of being sick and tired I went back through some home remedy recipes that I had saved- mostly Rita's- and made a few. Holy cow do I feel better! Do try this drink- It is a little sweet for my taste but I added the lemon as I did before and it did the trick. Thanks Rita! (Old Review Great pick me up but VERY sweet. I diluted it with more water and some lemon juice and it was still wonderful. Thanks Rita — Sep 15, 2005)

I'd had a long exhausting day, was getting ready to fix dinner and drank this. It really helped give me a boost! I actually drank it warm because I had gotten chilled. Great stuff, thanks Rita!
