A wonderful salad. Have made it twice now. We thought the dressing was too sweet so cut it back to about 1/4 cup of honey. Made it perfect for us. Also the second time I used 50/50 spinach and spring greens. So good! This is a keeper for sure. Thanks, KittyKitty for posting this great recipe.

Quick to fix and different from the typical spinach salad. Dressing was quite good, not overly sweet but definitely had a honey flavor. Would be great with grilled chicken or shrimp to make a main dish salad. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

great salad! i used pears instead of mandarins as the boy doesn't like them, and i thought the pears went wonderfully. the dressing is unusual and lovely, thank you!
