Fantastic wings - I saved some of the marinade and heated up in the microwave as I steamed my choy sum (couldn't get bok choy) and poured that over the choy sum and the rice and baked at 175C fan forced in a baking paper lined tray for 45 minutes turning once at about the 25 minute mark for beautifully tender fall of the bone wings with lots of flavour, thank you katzluva, made for Name that Ingredient tag game.
