Tried this once and the family absolutely loved it. Got the base from a website, can't remember which one and added to it.

  1. Cut chicken wings into 3 segments at joints, we use everything. Heat a deep wok for 1 minute on high.
  2. Pour oil into wok, swiftly followed by ginger and garlic. Put chicken wings into wok and stir-fry briskly until browned and almost completely cooked; pour honey and soy sauces over wings, close and cook for about 5 - 10 mins be careful that it does not burn.
  3. Serve with rice through which you have stirred fresh baby spinach leaves.
