- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 cm ginger
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1⁄4 cup ketjap manis (sweet soy sauce)
- 1 teaspoon chili paste

- Cut chicken wings into 3 segments at joints, we use everything. Heat a deep wok for 1 minute on high.
- Pour oil into wok, swiftly followed by ginger and garlic. Put chicken wings into wok and stir-fry briskly until browned and almost completely cooked; pour honey and soy sauces over wings, close and cook for about 5 - 10 mins be careful that it does not burn.
- Serve with rice through which you have stirred fresh baby spinach leaves.
