- 2 kg chicken thigh fillets, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 236.59 ml spring onion, sliced
- 473.18 ml honey
- 118.29 ml tomato sauce
- 236.59 ml soy sauce
- 59.14 ml olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- salt & pepper
- Add all ingredients to the crock pot.
- Stir, cover, and cook for 4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
