  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Mix together all ingredients except rhubarb.
  • Place rhubarb in shell and pour over honey mixture.
  • Use extra dough to make a lattice or top shell.
  • Bake 40 minutes.
  • Allow to cool about 20 minutes before cutting.
