This was very tasty, and one of my first attempts at bread, so that's why I give it 5 stars, despite the way it turned out. After the bread rises, the recipe says to shape it and then bake it. I did this, but while baking it flattened out! It was perhaps 2-3inches high, so I could still slice it and toast it. Delicious with jam or buttered with a light stew. Next time I make it I'll try putting it in a loaf pan. Unless anyone has any suggestions?
