this is excellent on fruit salads or veggies..
- 1⁄3 cup salad oil
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- In a screw top jar, combine all ingredients, cover and shake well.
- Makes 3/4 cup of salad dressing.serve chilled.
- Will keep for several weeks in refrigerator.but it won't last that long.
Absolutely AMAZING! Put my 10YO daughter to work & had her make this all by herself for a salad for Rosh Hashanah dinner (honey is a HUGE component for that holiday) and I must have had 3 plates of salad just to have an excuse to have more dressing. THANKS for sharing!

I have been trying to duplicate a dressing for a spinach/red onion/almond salad I had at a local restaurant for the longest time. This is it!! Now I can make the salad,which is great since the restaurant quit making it!
