      Wonderful! I actually put this up a number of months ago, but just got around to opening a jar. Delicious! Great ginger flavor, and honey, lemon, and pear are a wonderful combination. Forgot the salt but didn't miss it. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

      Excellant Mikekey. I love the addition of ginger, honey and lemon in the preserves. This was so easy to make and tasted delicious, the texture was perfect. I served the pears over vanilla bean ice cream and cream soda for a wonderful float. I can't wait to have them with cream cheese and bagels tomorrow for breakfast. Thanks so much for sharing, I'll be making these preserves again.
