  1. Kate - this dressing is super easy and very tasty! I used it on a tossed romaine, almond and mandarin orange salad I served at a BBQ. The flavors are light and refreshing especially during the warm humid summer nights. I would love to try this on a tropical fruit salad next - I think it would be great over pineapple and kiwi too. Made for your win in the Summer Spectacular event for cooking tag games.

  2. Super quick to make and very versatile. On this occasion, I used it with only one tablespoon of walnut oil mixed with some Greek yoghurt and chopped walnuts to make an unusual and very tasty dressing for a potato salad. But I shall certainly also be trying it with fresh fruit. Made for Newest Zaar Tag.

  3. This is good but the vinegar on fruit salad (chopped fresh pineapple, chopped peeled Macintosh apple & halved green grapes) was a bit too much acidity. I used creamed honey, organic coconut oil, white vinegar and a little sea salt, along with the fresh orange peel. Made for "I've saved all these recipes!" March Diabetic Tag.
