Honey Oatmeal Bread

This light, tender, slightly sweet bread is so good with butter and honey on it. It is also great toasted for breadfast. I fixed this in my dough cycle in the bread machine and then bake it in my regular oven. Depending on the humidity, you may have to add a little more flour.
Directions:

Place ingredients in order given for your particular bread machine.

Press "dough" cycle".

Remove and let rest for a couple minutes.

Roll out and form into loaf.

Place in a greased 8-1/2x4-1/2 loaf pan.

Cover.

Let rise in a warm place until double for approximately 30 minutes.

Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes.

This turned out real well for me. I didn't have quick oats so I pulsed regular oats in the food processor until they were a little bit smaller in size. You can really taste the honey in the bread.
