This great side dish will take the doldrums out of your every-day dinners. Easy and delicious!
- 1 lb sugar snap pea
- 1⁄2 cup pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- Cook peas in boiling water until crisp-tender, about 8 minutes; drain.
- Add pine nuts, butter, honey and mustard; toss gently until mixed well.
- Serve warm.
Quick side dish recipe. These had a nice flavor. I was surprised because I thought the mustard might be over-bearing. It wasn't.
These were very good. Very healthy and fresh.
