Honey Mustard Wedges With Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper

Well ... today I put on my creative thinking cap and came up with these wedges, they are slightly sweet from the honey mustard hope you enjoy ;-)

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degree C.
  2. Place wedges in a large bowl and add olive oil, mustard, sea salt and pepper.
  3. mix to coat.
  4. Place wedges on baking paper lined baking tray.
  5. Bake for 1 hour tossing about 4 times.
  6. Remove when wedges are golden.

Great potatoes that went well with burgers that DH put on the grill and Tisme's Marinated Tomato Salad. I used baking potatoes and after reading happynana's review added more honey mustard and also used a ziploc bag to mix. Instead of sea salt I used kosher salt which was what I had on hand. Lined a cookie sheet with parchment paper and turned the fries a couple of times. After one hour the fries were nice an golden and tasted very good. Thank you hon for a wonderful french fry recipe! Nice potatoes! I cut the recipe in half and it will still make us 2 meals. After I cut the potatoes into wedges, I just but in a big ziplock bag and add the oil and mustard to mix. Next time I will double the mustard. I put parchment paper down on baking sheet and cooked for about 50 minutes, turning once. I added the salt and pepper once the wedges were on the baking sheet and after I turned. Tasty. Made for Ausie Swap #29.
