This is awesome. Honey mustard is my favorite salad dressing but my son is allergic to eggs so it's rare when I have it at home. This recipie is great because it's just as good as the stuff with mayo.

  1. Whisk together the vinegar and mustard and then drizzle in the honey and then the oil.
  2. Mix until well blended.
  3. Add salt to taste.
  4. Will last 2 weeks if stored covered and refrigerated.
