  • mix cold milk, corn starch, honey, and mustard in a med sauce pan, bring to a boil stirring continuously, then lower heat to med-low for 5 min, stirring occasionally. taste and adjust.
  • saute onion and mushrooms in a little olive oil. when starting to colour add all but pickles, feta, lettuce and buns.
  • heat through, taste and adjust, let cool slightly to thicken.
  • serve on buns with pickles, feta, and lettuce.
