I got this recipe out of the local newspaper. We love coleslaw so I thought this would be a nice twist.
- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) package Coleslaw
- 1⁄4 cup spicy mustard
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- Toss onions and coleslaw together. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over slaw. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
