- 3⁄4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 3⁄4 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1⁄2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 cup honey
directions
- Place all ingredients in a 24 oz Blender bottle and screw lid on tight. Hint: I put the lid on before adding the buttermilk, then add it through the spout to keep the bottle from overflowing.
- Shake vigorously until everything's combined.
- Tastes good served immediately, tastes better when allowed to chill overnight.
