ingredients

• 4 tablespoons honey
• 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
• 1 lb pork tenderloin

directions

1. in roasting pan, combine marinade ingredients throughly.
2. Add tenderloin and baste well with suace.
3. Roast at 375 for 20 to 30 minutes until meat thermometer register 160; basting occasionally.
