      Combine all ingredients except the porkloin.

      Coat the porkloin with the sauce.

      Roast in a 375 degree oven for 20-30 minutes, basting occasionally until the meat thermometer register 155 - 160 degrees.

      Slice thinly.

      I will start by saying I love pork, and this recipe is amazing! It is quick and simple to make, which is another reason I fell in love with this recipe. I have made this 4 or 5 times now and followed the directions exactly and did not have to add or change a thing. I serve it with white rice and everything seems to disappear, except the dishes but that is not too tough either. I am surprised no one has commented on this before! Thanks budgiesntiels for submitting!

      I gave this two stars simply because it was an easy recipe. I didn't find the flavor I was expecting and it was just "okay". I always follow a recipe exactly as it is presented but this definitely would have benefited from a little salt and pepper.
