Tasty, healthy and quick. Prep time 5 minutes and cook time 4 minutes...Can't beat that! I serve with rice and steamed broccoli.
- Place salmon steaks in microwave-safe dish. In a separate bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Drizzle mustard glaze evenly over salmon. Microwave on High (100%) for 4 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Makes 2 servings.
Fabulous recipe - thank you. Have made this two nights running and have tweaked it slightly. 1.5 minutes is perfect for one piece of salmon - covered with baking paper cause it can make a mess. I subbed thyme for dill - personal preference - also instead of mixing mustard and honey - I smeared the salmon in mustard, added dill then drizzled honey over. Also tonight - I subbed dill with dried chilli's - delicious!
