In a word - deeelish! I decided to serve this with mashed potatoes instead, and cooked the lamb cutlets on their own. Still used the rosemary however, sprinkled it over the mustard mixture (and also added a good shake of salt) just prior to popping in the oven. Then when serving I used some of the mustard honey rosemary sauce over the mash - yummy! Served with a side of green beans. Thanks Latchy - is def going in my fav's.

Great flavour. I used lamb steaks but feel loin chops/cutlets would be best. Another keeper for me.:)

"Mmmm. yum, this is nice. I didn't think the honey, mustard and lemon would work, but it is a good balance of flavours" These were my husbands comments whilst eating this meal, I totally agree. We thoughoughly enjoyed this meal. Congratulations Latchy on providing us with a wonderful recipe.

Latchy this goes straight into my favourites cookbook, it's amazing!! I used quite large potatoes, left the skins on but cut them up quite small. Cut as much of the fat off the lamb chops as possible and probably cooked them an extra 3 minutes. Zapped the honey, lemon, mustard mixture in the microwave to mix properly before pouring. Magnificant and so easy to put together. Also found it quite filling and because of this I had leftovers. (Normally Dave eats 8 or more chops alone!). My DD loved it. A definite keeper for us.
