Outstanding! This was a total hit with the family! I did not have honey mustard so I used French's Spicey Brown Mustard and about 2 T of honey to mix with the chicken broth. It went together super quick and the only complaints were that they would have liked the potatoes to brown a bit more and that I didn't make a double batch. I have already put it on the menu for next week.

I thought this recipe was pretty great as-is, although I agree it could have used a little more honey mustard flavor. My family however is not all that fond of mustard based foods, so the next time I made it, I substituted our favorite BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's) for the honey mustard and found a winner!

This was pretty good. I had Lite kielbasa & red potatoes. I would use a little more honey mustard or spice next time, it was a little bland. Very quick & easy, will definitely make again.

Good dish! It wasn't as honey mustard-y as I was hoping for, so I may increase the amount next time. Served with green beans.

Came out of the kitchen looking scorched and parched...hair all messed up. Bad hair may very well be a reflection of the trouble going on beneath it...but my dish DID look divine! Made for POTLUCK.
