This just did not do it for me!! I'm not a great fish eater but I do like to try fish recipes sometimes. I used salmon steaks and I grilled them for 8 min and they came out a bit too shushi like for me. It was kind of mushy rather than cooked. A little longer cooking for me I guess. Not a bad recipe but just not that good for me.

Made this with albacore steaks and loved it. Grilled it with no flare-up problems from the marinade. A keeper.
Tasty but the honey makes it prone to burning easily so keep an eye on the grill.
Kids and wife loved this one, definately a keeper. We'll use this one at the firehouse. 5 stars.
A good salmon recipe. I would of liked a more mustard flavor. I did not have honey dijon mustard and used dijon mustard and added 2 tsp. of honey. Don't know how this may have effected the results. Served with fresh bread and corn on the cob.
Delish! We increased the ingredients for the marinade using 4 salmon steaks and served this with Spinach with sweet red onion Spinach With Sweet Red Onion for a very enjoyable meal. Thanks for sharing!
Used the rice vinegar and followed the directions as written using salmon. Grilled these outside for a wonderful meal. Definately a must do again! Thanks
eebrag, this was yummy! Salmon is my "meat" also. I love to try the salmon recipes here on zaar and have posted several myself. I halved the recipe and used rice vinegar. Thank you for a nice dinner. I served this with baked butternut squash and a spinach salad.
