I serve this on torn spinach leaves with canned mandarin orange sections and chopped toasted pecans
- 1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 package French's Italian salad seasoning
- combine all, mix thoroughly.
We liked this dressing, I followed the chef's suggestion and served it over a bed of baby greens, fresh herbs and mache with orange sections and pecans! A great tasting salad. I reduced the amount of dressing to two servings and substituted the French's seasoning with an Italian spice mix I have in my pantry. Yummy!
