A Jamie Oliver recipe.
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon coarse grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- Simply mix together all the ingredients and serve with your fave salad!
loved it thank you. i altered slightly and did 1/2 tbspn dijon and 1/2 tbspn course wholegrain mustard and also 1 more tbsn honey. had this on warm chicken salad-delicious!

I hope Jamie O. doesn't claim this to be an original: it is a classical dressing, going way back. Having said that: it isn't a classic for nothing. It still is one of the simplest and best dressings for a wide variety of salads, and one of my most successful ones. For a bit of additional kick, you can replace the lemon juice with white wine vinegar.
