This is my mom's recipe for her famous honey mustard. It is very simple to make and tastes great. It goes wonderfully with baked ham and it is good as a chicken finger dip too!
- Mix together well in measuring cup.
- Microwave on high for 1 min - until egg starts to cook. Stir. Cook another minute. Stir. Repeat until thick. (usually 3 times).
