This was a delightful addition to our holiday meal. Who knew spinach tasted so good with oranges and pineapple. This recipe is a keeper. Recipe courtesy of Our Favorite Recipes, Pilot Club of Greater Kanawha Valley and Kelly L. George.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice for dressing.
  2. Toss together pineapple, oranges, spinach, radishes, and cucumber.
  3. For dressing, combine reserved pineapple juice with remaining ingredients in a screw top jar.
  4. Shake well and pour over salad. Toss.
