This was fine. A light flavoured dressing. I did use bottled lime juice as it is all I had, sea salt and canola oil. Made for PAC Spring 2010.

A very light dressing that is quick to make with only a few ingredients. This was actually served over steamed broccoli. Made for *Aussie Swap*

My girlfriend brought home a Southwestern Chicken Salad from the restaurant where she works, but forgot the dressing. I, of course, hopped on the 'zaar to find something with the right southwestern appeal for this salad w/ chicken, corn, black beans, tomatoes, and corn chips. This dressing worked perfectly. I added a little more honey cause I was finishing up a jar and like things to be sweet. I also added a dash of cumin for a little more southwestern taste. I used olive oil, but I will definitely use canola/veg oil next time. Thanks for sharing!!

Wow! Very Good! It only made 2 servings instead of the 4 stated, but maybe that's because I liked it so much that I just POURED it on! I didn't have any cayenne pepper, but I did add a little fresh basil and a touch of lime zest. It made a very delicous vinaigrette and I'm sure I'll make this one over and over.

Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful, quick and easy to make recipe Elmotoo. I just love the combination of honey, lime and cayenne pepper together. This vinaigrette feels tailor made for me and I will be making and enjoying it often. For lunch, I served the vinaigrette with a simple salad of mixed baby greens, fresh pears and apricots. The fruit really brings out the flavors in the vinaigrette perfectly, allowing it to shine.

This is very good! Super easy as well. We did only get 2 servings, rather than 4, but that actually works out well, since its just me and DH. I picked this for the photo swap, and I'm glad I did! Thanks for posting.

We enjoyed this very much. I served honey lime vinaigrette over baby greens and sliced cooked chicken. My family love the taste of lime. Very fresh tasting. Will be making this again, thanks for sharing this great recipe
