This is a versatile sauce that I used on both fish and chicken. I loved the tanginess from the lime. It is the ultimate grilling condiment.
Sorry, we did not like this at all. Even though I used freshly squeezed key lime juice, it tasted very bitter.
This is a delicious sweet and sour concoction. I added some lime zest to the sauce, otherwise made as directed. I used with chicken breasts. I used half the sauce to marinate all day and the other half I served over the cooked chicken. Recommended!
Very good! I enjoyed this over chicken! It was tangy and sweet. Lots of flavor! I did use chicken stock in place of the wine. And the reddish color is because of the red onion that I choice to use. Added some of the lime zest. Thanks!
