Simple and tasty used for dipping grilled shrimp skewers
- 1 lime, juice of
- 113.39 g plain yogurt
- 29.58 ml honey
- 1.23 ml garlic, minced
- 0.25 ml cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper
- 1. Blend all ingredients together well.
- 2. Store in refrigerator in sealed container until ready to use.
Delicious - loved the honey and lime combination which always seems to work well. We used this on grilled shrimp. Thanks for posting - made for Spring PAC 2012.
Awesome dip School Chef. I loved the bright bold flavors, not too tart or too sweet...just perfect. Also really enjoyed the kick of heat at the end. I used these to dip my collosal garlic shrimps. They worked beautifully together. Thank you for sharing this great treat. Made for Spring Pac/12.
