This sound so yummy! I can't wait to give it a taste. Prep and cook times are a guess. As are the servings. **Chill time is cook time** Can be refigerated 1 week or frozen for 6 weeks.
- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 3 -4 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 garlic clove, pressed (or minced)
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Beat all ingredients in a small bowl until well blended.
- Shape butter into a roll and wrap in plastic wrap.
- *Variation* Add minced or grated ginger.
