    Sweet and tangy. I would serve these with vanilla ice cream! Inspired by Disney's Pass the Plate series for Australia.

    Directions:

      Peel bananas.
    2. 2
      Halve lengthways.
    3. 3
      Spray with the cooking spray.
    4. 4
      Combine honey and lime juice in a small bowl, and set aside.
    5. 5
      Prepare grill, and upon reaching 350 degrees, place bananas on grill cut side down.

      Grill for 2 minutes, brush with the honey lime sauce, turn.
    7. 7
      Grill for 2 minutes on round side, brush with remaining sauce.
    8. 8
      Serve and enjoy!

      Tastes ok and I found the bananas just fell apart when I tried heating them up. Not easy. And I think if you are cooking them at 350 you have to use ice cream otherwise you just end up eating burnt bananas. :(

      Tangy, tasty and super simple! This is a nice way to get an extra fruit serving in...I quartered the recipe and had it for breakfast (indoor grill) and it was yummy! It would be good with yogurt also. I will be making this again and again. Thanks, Yogachef, for a delicious addition to my cookbook! Made for ZWT 5.
