Cook 4 hrs
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons rosemary
- 1⁄2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Add all ingredients and mix; pour over chicken let set in fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Grill outside or bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
- Basting with remaining mixture while cooking.
Liked the rosemary and crushed red pepper seasoning, but for me, the honey was too sweet. Will try less honey next time.
