- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 1 (1 1/2 lb) fully cooked ham steaks, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 small pineapple, peeled,cored,and cut into 1 inch chunks
- 16 large pimento stuffed olives
- Combine brown sugar, honey, and orange juice; mix well, and set aside.
- Alternate ham, pineapple, and olives on skewers.
- Grill over medium heat 10-12 minutes, turning often.
- Baste liberally with honey mixture after each turn.
