This recipe is wonderful! (Though I also had to add another teaspoon of cornstarch!) When stir-frying the vegetables, I sprinkled them with about 1/2 tsp. of ground ginger; it went very well with the honey sauce. I will definately be making this again!

The chicken was moist but the vinegar overpowered all the other flavours and made the dish rather bitter. I couldn't taste the orange juice at all. Also I had to add another teaspoon of cornflour as I prefer the sauce a bit thicker, but this could have been because of the vegetables I used also.

This recipe is great. I think my boyfriend has made it once/week for the past two months since we came across the recipe. We've found that using two woks makes it go a lot faster since we can have the vegetables going in one and the meat/sauce in the other... combining the two before being plated. We made it for his parents a few weeks ago, and they were extremely impressed! Thank you so much for what has become our favorite chicken dish!

This was a very nice mild flavored stir-fry that was easy for the whole family to enjoy! We did use onions as part of our vegetables but found it did not detract from the flavors at all. I would say that if you choose certain vegetables such as bean sprouts or mushrooms which exude a bit of moisture, you might want to have a little extra cornstarch or thickener handy as it tends to water down the sauce. I did add a few drops of sesame oil to flavor mine. And after having a few bites I did succumb and go for the sambal oelek as I love spicy foods. It still tasted great, and I would recommend this dish to anyone, as it is versatile enough to serve to a group with varying tastes! Thanks, Sueie, for a lovely recipe! :)

This is very nice. Subtle flavours and the chicken was moist; not dry. I stuck to the recipe. I was concerned that this recipe would be rather sweet. However, I should have known better, the vinegar counter acted the honey. I was tempted to use garlic and onion but I am glad I didn't. If I did I think the flavour of the honey and orange juice would have been lost. The soy sauce did not over power the sauce. I would be keen for other members to try this recipe simply because I always use garlic and onion in stir fries and the omission of these ingreddients may have hindered my review. Sueie, please be assured that this recipe will be added to our family menu and I would recommend this recipe to other Zaar members. Tip: There is a generous amounts of chicken to around therefore, I think that this recipe could be stretched further by adding more vegetables.

Have been looking for a good honey sauce recipe for some time. This is very good, in my well "lack of trust" I decided I didn't like the smell and kept adding access Honey, perhaps too much. This made the dish too sweet although next time I would still add a good 3 tbsp. of honey especially if you like your honey sauce sweet.

My family loved this recipe...even my picky eater! The only thing I did different was to double the amount of sauce. My DH likes lots of sauce for his rice. We will be enjoying this meal again soon.

This was a good start to a recipe, but the sauce was very thin, and the orange juice overpowered this dish for us. We followed the directions exactly, using a mixture of broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms for the veggies. We will try again, thickening the sauce a bit more and maybe cutting down on the orange juice.

Loved this recipe! The sauce is a perfect combination of sweet & tangy. The kids ate it up. Thanks for posting. Will become a regular in our house.
