This was a very easy and taste recipe. I did not change anything. Had pasta salad and some fresh veggies. Thank You

I made this with breast's and thigh's. Watch the timing or the breasts will be dry. The glaze is wonderful, with a rich flavor, but not over powering. I used clover honey and I think it added a deep robust flavor. The thighs were just right not dry and no red around the bone. I think I would cut the cooking time on the breasts to 50 minutes and then check for doneness. All in all a wonderful dish and very easy to prepare. We had a salad and boiled red potatoe's with rosemary and butter. A wonderful glaze, with a full taste. I did find that cooking an hour dried out the breasts a bit. I cooked breasts and thighs. The thighs were tender and juicy. This is a real easy one to prepare. I tried the glaze on some beef the following week and it was really flavorful

This wasn't bad. I used the regular mustard instead of the dried one requested. I didn't think it would turn out too good because the sauce that you brush onto the chicken did not taste good, in fact it tasted so bad I thought the meal was ruined.
