- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (3 -4 lb) broiler-fryer chickens
- In shallow bowl, combine butter, orange juice, honey and salt.
- Remove 1/3 c and set aside for basting.
- Dip chicken pieces in remaining butter mixture.
- Place in well-greased 13x9x2" baking dish.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour or until juices run clear, basting occasionally with reserved butter mixture.
