- 12 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- Steam the carrots until tender.
- Cook the remaining ingredients in a large non-stick frying pan stirring constantly until boiling and bubbly.
- Add the carrots and cook over low heat for several minutes stirring as required until carrots are glazed.
I thought these were tasty little veggies. :) My family thought they were a bit on the sweet side so I'll probably decrease the honey next time. It was the first time I tried glazed carrots. I steamed them to the consistency we like. Thanks for posting.

Easy and delicious. Liked the idea of using honey as a sweetener instead of the brown sugar that I usually use. My family enjoyed, so I will be making these again.
