  • Steam the carrots until tender.
  • Cook the remaining ingredients in a large non-stick frying pan stirring constantly until boiling and bubbly.
  • Add the carrots and cook over low heat for several minutes stirring as required until carrots are glazed.

  4. This is a yummy side dish that is quick to make. Nice and sweet, but not too sweet. I halved the recipe and added ground black pepper. I'll make these again, thanx!
     
  5. Had some already cooked carrots in the freezer and used them to make this very good recipe. So easy, ready in a jiffy, taste wonderful. Will certainly make it again.
