- 1 (1 lb) bagfrozen baby carrots
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- salt and pepper
- Cook carrots in salted water until they are tender; drain.
- In a skillet, place carrots and remaining ingredients; cook and stir until carrots are glazed and glossy.
This was a delicious side dish. I served it with Chicken Marsala, and everyone really liked the glazed carrots. I've made Glazed Carrots before but without Brandy. I think I prefer them with that little bit of Brandy added to them. Very tasty recipe, thanks for posting it Christine.
