Honey Glazed Brandied Carrots

This was a delicious side dish. I served it with Chicken Marsala, and everyone really liked the glazed carrots. I've made Glazed Carrots before but without Brandy. I think I prefer them with that little bit of Brandy added to them. Very tasty recipe, thanks for posting it Christine.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (1 lb) bagfrozen baby carrots
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons brandy
  • 1 12 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper


  1. Cook carrots in salted water until they are tender; drain.
  2. In a skillet, place carrots and remaining ingredients; cook and stir until carrots are glazed and glossy.
