Wow! How simple and perfect! The amount of lemon juice in the honey is just enough to notice. This glaze went well atop cranberry scones. Thanks for sharing! We'll be using this recipe concept repeatedly and experimenting with the addition of various other citrus juices. (Made for AUS/NZ Recipe Swap #41)

I tried this on a store bought bun and it works. I just couldn't bake after the holidays but I was looking for a tasty glaze and other than just a tasteless plain egg. Tasty and shiny too! Thanks. I'll try it again when I'm baking again.
