Ready in a shake (literally!), this tasty glaze will add a layer of lip-smacking flavour to chicken, pork or bread. The glaze would also be suitable for use when barbecuing.

  1. Place all the ingredients together in a screw top jar and shake well, until mixed. Use as a glaze for chicken, pork or bread. To use when roasting chicken or pork, simply remove the meat from the oven just before the end of it's cooking time, brush generously with the glaze, then return the to the oven and roast for a final 4-5 minutes.

This was DIVINE on my roasted chicken! Could not find "smoked" paprika, so I used authentic Hungarian sweet variety. Rubbed it on the chicken, inside and out, before roasting, basted every 30 minutes or so and we LOVED it. YUM!
