  • Cut pork into cubes or strips.
  • Mix together marinade ingredients and bring to boil.
  • Pour over pork and let stand in fridge at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Before grilling meat, drain sauce and discard.
  • Stir fry meat in skillet. Put into casserole dish.
  • In saucepan or skillet combine sauce ingredients and bring to boil.
  • Thicken with cornstarch and cook until no raw taste remains.
  • Pour over meat and bake in oven for 1 hour at 350°F
  • Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve over a bed of rice.
