Add flavor to poultry, tender cuts of pork (like chops, tenderloin and loin roasts).
- In a large glass bowl or shallow dish, whisk together marinade. Add 4 servings (1 lb boneless or 2 lb bone-in) food; cover and refrigerate for 4 hrs, or 30 minutes for fish. Makes about 1/3 cup.
Really enjoyed the flavor of this marinade! It was just different enough, that I will include it in my 'go-to' marinade book, whose purpose is to perk up plain chicken! It doesn't get much easier than this for a tasty marinade. I marnated some pork chops over night and then threw them on the grill. Yummy! Made for April, 2010 Aus/NZ Swap.
I'll be using this often. I put the marinade and two boneless chicken breasts in a plastic bag, and let soak for about 6 hours. I then breaded them and baked. Very moist with a nice flavour. Thanks Chili Spice for a wonderful entree. Made for Auzzie/NZ Recipe Swap #27.
