I really liked this dressing. I thought the flavors blended well and the honey added a nice, mellow flavor. Keeps well in the refrigerator for several weeks. Recommended.

This is a great way to "fancy-up" a package of salad dressing mix. The honey is a wonderful addition that works well with a lettuce salad. Like most dressings, this tastes better after it has been refrigerated for a few hours.

I mixed up the amount of water and honey...BUT I am glad I did...it was still just a hair too sweet for us. I do think it will be lovely mixed with some mayo as a creamy dressing. It did contrast nicely with the green olives in my salad, we liked it but weren't crazy about it.
