  1. I made this sauce yesterday. It was amazing! I will definitely be making it again and again!

  2. Thanks Chippie! This recipe is on "My Cookbooks" in Recipe Zaar.... I do travel a lot from time to time & have called the recipe up from an internet cafe and made it in several countries now. I simply adjust HOT depending where I am. Sometimes there is limited or no access to things like Wor. Sauce, molasses etc. But it still works and always receives sincere compliments ... So I need to pass them on to you! PS. My last trip was in Roatan, an Island off Honduras. Purchased 10 lbs. of chicken wings and this recipe covered all!

  3. We loved this bold, zesty sauce. I don't use alot of Cajun seasoning, so I used Mirj's recipe #14190 for this and it worked out beautifully!! I could not, with good conscious, add the cornstarch and 1/2 cup butter (I had enough trouble dealing with the honey, molasses and brown sugar!!). The rest of the ingridents stayed the same. I cooked the sauce in the crock pot for about 2-1/2 hours until it was nice and bubbly. I had broiled some chicken wings for 15-20 minutes, then added them to the pot with 1/2 cup of the sauce. I simmered them for about 4 hours. The sauce did cook down a bit, but the wings turned out wonderful. I would highly recommend trying them this way. I am using my crock pot a lot more these days, so I am thinking this would be phenomenal on ribs!!! Thanks Chippie for the contribution!!

  4. I cut this recipe in half because I thought four cups would be too much. I was so sorry I did. It would have been wonderful to freeze for later use. I didn't have white pepper so I used cayenne... and it turned out wonderfully. I smothered barbecued chicken in it... it was so delicious my dad was asking me where the bottle was! He said it was better than Tony Roma's!
