Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, beat yolks lightly.
  2. Add honey, lemon juice, salt and butter.
  3. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Chill.
  6. Just before serving, fold in whipped cream.
  7. Use to top fresh fruit salad.
