  1. I made this tonight for dinner with only a few changes. I added about 3 tbs of honey to the egg and also added honey on top while it was frying, then sprinkled the flour mixture over it. I also drizzled honey over the top of the fried fish when it was done. My husband LOVED it, and I thought it was pretty great too. This was a SUPER easy recipe and we will definitely be making again.

  2. Great fish! I thought it would have more honey flavor but it was amazing anyways. I love sweet and so I might add a touch more honey next time to see what happens. It will be a regular at our house for sure!

  3. Easy to prepare, simple to cook, and my dinner guests loved the unique honey flavor. So did I! Yummy!

  4. A good, quick way to cook Halibut. I will definitely make it again

  5. This is a keeper for me. I upped the amount of honey to 3 tbsps and it seemed to do the trick for me. This recipe is a nice change for an easy halibut bake! Try it, I think you'll like it.

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
