• 1⁄4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
• 1⁄4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
• 1 1⁄4 tablespoons dill
• 1 -2 teaspoon vinegar
• 1⁄2 tablespoon chili flakes (optional)
• pepper

directions

1. mix it really well.
2. put it in the fridge over night.
3. eat it with stuff.
